Also in benefit land tonight, Lorraine Bracco, Pamela Gross, Beth Rudin De Woody and a bevy of models will don $10 million in jewels by Gilan at The Parrish Art Museum's Midsummer Black and White Gala in Southampton.

The entire outside of the museum will be spot-lit by Bentley Meeker, who helped decorate the bash.

Bracco, wearing a white Douglas Hannant dress with deep décolletage and Gilan diamonds, and Cipolla, decked out in all black, were in a haze of love at the event, attended by the likes of Patricia Duff, Chuck Close, Matthew Satz and Kathy and Rick Hilton.

Cipolla, a Teamster who met Bracco while working on the Sopranos set, "couldn't keep his eyes off her boobs," and she dipped a white peach into peach ice cream and finger-fed her mate, a spy told Diary.
