It was a true mob scene last Saturday at the Atlantic City Hilton as a number of cast members from The Sopranos spent a few hours meeting and greeting customers. Several hundred of the casino's best customers were invited to have their pictures taken with James Gandolfini (Tony Soprano), Lorraine Bracco (Dr. Melfi), Steven Van Zandt (Silvio Dante), Michael Imperioli (Christopher Moltisanti), Steven R. Schirripa (Bobby Baccala) and Tony Sirico (Paulie Walnuts). After the photo session in the Hilton ballroom, the players moved to the theater, where they screened this season's premiere episode. Afterward, the cast members took questions from the guests. Mark DeLeo, Hilton's director of marketing, described the event as the biggest, most successful promotion his property has staged in years.
Meet the 'family' There's still plenty of time to get in on the Atlantic City Hilton's "Sopranos" drawing. Anyone holding a Hilton VIP card can play slots between noon and 10 p.m. daily and swipe the card at any Hilton kiosk to qualify to win a March 25, personal meet-and-greet in the hotel's sumptuous Chairman's Suite with series stars James Gandolfini, Lorraine Bracco, Michael Imperioli, Tony Sirico, Steven Van Zandt and Steven R. Schirripa. Every day through March 24, 15 people will be selected hourly and entered into the final drawing to take place at 4 p.m. March 25. In addition to the grand prize, 10 winners will be chosen to enjoy cocktails and get a photo taken with the cast. Twenty-five additional runners-up will watch this year's season premier in The Hilton Theater, then attend a Q&A session with the actors.
